Fazer um monte com a farinha e com os dedos formar um buraco no meio. Com um garfo vai-se batendo os ovos e gradualmente incorporando a farinha pelas laterais, mexendo. Quando já tiver uma boa parte envolvida no ovo passa-se a trabalhar a massa com as mãos. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial;">3. Amassa-se tudo muito bem. Formar uma bola e envolver com celofane. Deixar repousar no frigorífico pelo menos 30 minutos. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial;">4. Dispôr o lombo do salmão ( temperado com sal e pimenta ) por cima de uma primeira placa,tendo o cuidado de deixar alguns cêntimetos de massa livres de lado. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">2. À parte preparar os legumes para colocar por cima do salmão. Para isso basta refogar o alho picado em azeite e saltear os legumes até que tenham perdido a maior parte da água. Temperar de sal e pimenta. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">3. Dispôr o preparado por cima do lombo do salmão e fechar o folhado com a segunda placa de massa, selando bem os lados. Fazer um pequeno orifício no centro da massa folhada e colocar uma pequena "chaminé" em papel de alúminio para deixar evacuar o vapor da cozedura. Pincelar com gema de ovo e desenhar pequenos frisos com uma faca. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido nos 180ºC durante cerca de 35 minutos. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"> 1. Cortar a Abóbora a meio e extrair as sementes. Dispôr as metades num tabuleiro de ir ao forno com a casca para baixo. Deixar assar a 180ºC durante cerca de 30 minutos.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">2. Depois de a abóbora assada retirar a polpa com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa, tentando não danificar a casca. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">3. Preparar o refogado com azeite, alho, chalota e louro. Adicionar o bacalhau e deixar cozinhar um pouco. Regar com Vinho Branco se necessário. Depois de uns minutos juntar a polpa da abóbora. Temperar de pimenta e sal ( apenas se necessário ). Juntar o Béchamel e envolver tudo muito bem. </span></div>

Fui adicionando aquilo que tinha em pequenas quantidades, desde os temperos ( que poderão adaptar a gosto ) como as farinhas e flocos de aveia. Poderão usar outros tipos de farinha e de flocos. A ideia é formar pequenas bolas. </span></div>

Passar com a varinha mágica ou num liquidificador para ficar bem cremoso e sem fibras de fruta e pedaços não dissolvidos de tofu. Verter o preparado numa taça ou em doses individuais. Levar ao frio pelo menos 2 horas.</span></div>
