Ingredientes:

- Azeite;
- Alho laminado;
- Louro;
- Perca do Nilo;
- Sal;
- Pimenta preta;
- Vinho branco.

- 4 ovos;
- Sal.

- Hortelã;
- Azeite;
- Sumo de Limão;
- Sal;
- 1/4 Iogurte Natural.

(English)
For many times I bought fresh Nile Perch. It is a variety that I love, very juicy, quick to cook and with a flavor that we both love.
Because i had fresh mint and did not want to waste it i decided to make a sauce to serve with the fish and the result could not have been better. The acidity and freshness of the sauce contrasts hugely well with the fish. Something that will repeat for sure.
Served on a simple egg omelet and this way it becomes a simple and light meal.

Ingredients:

- Olive oil;
- Laminate Garlic;
- Laurel;
- Nile Perch;
- Salt;
- Black pepper;
- White wine.

- 4 eggs;
- Sal.

- Mint;
- Olive oil;
- Lemon Juice;
- Salt;
- 1/4 of Natural Yogurt.

For the fish, brow the garlic in olive oil and bay leaves. Add the fish and season with salt, pepper and wine. Let it cook on both sides.

In one bowl beat 4 eggs with a pinch of salt. Pour into a greased or nonstick skillet and cook without break it.

To make the mint sauce just put everything in a blender and blend. You decide the quantities  to achieve the desired texture.
